(1) Conventional products. The validity period of safety signs is generally 5 years;
(2) New product. The new product safety label is applicable to new products that use new technologies, processes, and materials to assess product safety performance based solely on current general standards and specifications. The validity period of safety signs is generally 2 years.
(3) Large equipment. For large equipment that requires safety sign inspection after installation, a large equipment installation certificate can be issued after completing the relevant audit and issuance procedures, which is only valid for on-site installation of products. The validity period of the large-scale equipment installation certificate is 1 year. Installation must be completed and a safety certificate must be issued after passing the safety sign inspection before it can be put into use.
(4) Batch products. The safety signs issued are only valid for products with declared batch quantities. The safety sign has no expiration date.
(5) Industrial test products. The safety mark for industrial test products is applicable to products that require on-site industrial testing based solely on current general standards and specifications for assessing product safety performance. The safety signs issued are only valid for products with declared batch quantities. The safety sign has no expiration date.
